What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Free delivery within Malaysia. For International(Coming Soon), shipping charges are quoted based on weight (or order quantity) and will be automatically calculated during checkout. The charges may vary depending on the country.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept payment through Raudhah Pay (you can pay with credit card or debit card if you don’t have a PayPal account) and FPX Malaysian internet banking (maybank2u, cimbclicks, rhbnow, and most banks).
How long will delivery take?
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items will takes around 7-14 Working Days to arrive at your address given. Our vendor will provide tracking number after we already ship out your order. (Not All Vendor Can Sell Pre Order Items, You Need To Be Verified First) READY STOCKS ITEMS Ready stock items will take around 1-3 Working Days to arrive at your address given. Our vendor will provide tracking number after we already ship out your order.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
The Bootsmania does not sell, share or trade customer’s personal information collected online with third parties. Personal information collected online will only be disclosed within our corporate group and to third parties for the purposes for which it was collected, as authorised and consented by you. For example, the conduct of a sales transaction of a product of your choice on our website.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive your tracking number via e-mail when your parcel is sent out to you.
How can I get my tracking number?
You can track on any Courier Services that have been used by our vendor. In your email it will tell you what courier they use.
How can I track & trace my parcel?
