  • Free delivery within Malaysia for orders RM150 and above.
  • For orders below RM150, a delivery fee of RM6 applies.
  • For Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan, an additional RM15 delivery fee applies.

  • eGHL – Credit card, Direct Debit, ShopeePay, and GrabPaylater (instalment)

    • READY STOCKS ITEMS​​

    Ready stock items will take around 1-3 Working Days to arrive at your address given. We will provide tracking number after we already ship out your order.

    PRE-ORDER ITEMS​

    Pre-order items will takes around 7-14 Working Days to arrive at your address given.

    The Bootsmania does not sell, share or trade customer’s personal information collected online with third parties. Personal information collected online will only be disclosed within our corporate group and to third parties for the purposes for which it was collected, as authorised and consented by you. For example, the conduct of a sales transaction of a product of your choice on our website.

    After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day.

    You will receive your tracking number via e-mail when your parcel is sent out to you.

    You can track on any Courier Services that have been used by our store. In your email it will tell you what courier they use. Usually we are using Pos Malaysia

    You can track your parcel easily using Pos Malaysia’s tracking system. Just follow these steps:

  • Go to the Pos Malaysia Tracking page.
  • Enter your tracking number provided after your order is shipped.
  • Click “Track” to view the latest delivery updates.
