WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Period:
7 calendar days from the date of purchase / date received

Warranty Covers (Within 7 Days Only):

  • Clear manufacturing defects (factory defects) not caused by usage.

  • Obvious glue separation on specific areas.

  • Loose or pulled stitching without signs of rough use.

  • One-time size exchange (product must be unused and not worn for play).

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Damage caused by usage (worn outsole, tears, stitching pulled out due to friction, stepping on studs, or tackles).

  • Incorrect field usage (example: FG boots used on turf).

  • Shoes exposed to water or moisture, soaked, washed, or stored improperly (no ventilation or excessive heat).

  • Wrong sizing or size mistake after the item has been used.

  • Any damage reported after the 7-day warranty period, regardless of how many times the item was used.

Note: Bootsmania Sports reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if the product shows signs of rough use, misuse, or improper care.


RETURNS (ONE TIME ONLY)

Returns are strictly limited and only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Wrong size (unused only)

  • Manufacturing defect (subject to inspection)

Return period:
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive the item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Item must be returned in original packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns are allowed one time only per order.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Once we receive your returned item:

  • The item will be inspected.

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return/refund.

For Wrong Size Items:

You may choose ONE of the following:

  • Exchange for another size (subject to stock availability), OR

  • Exchange for another item of equal or higher value
    (price difference must be paid by the customer)

Refund Method:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card / debit card / original payment channel).

  • Refund processing time depends on your card issuer or payment provider.


CANCEL ORDER

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.


SHIPPING (RETURNS)

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
